Tiffin Service – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Detail
- “Same-day Lunch orders after 9:00 AM cannot be booked or cancelled. Dinner orders after 3:00 PM cannot be booked or cancelled.”
- Agar customer apne active plan (7-day ya 1-month) ke dauraan koi day skip karta hai, to us day ka amount lapse nahi hoga, balki automatically next billing cycle me adjust ho jaayega.”
- Hamari tiffin service aapke ghar ya office tak taza, swachh aur quality wala khana pahunchane ki facility provide karti hai. Khane ka menu pehle se decide hoga aur time ke mutabik deliver kiya jayega.

Service enroll karte time customer ko ₹1500/- refundable security deposit dena hoga.

Security deposit sirf tabhi refund hoga jab saare items proper & usable condition me wapas kiye jayenge.
- Agar koi item loss ya damage hota hai, to following charges apply honge:
- Cellow Cosmox 4: ₹950/-
Milton Optima Mug(350 ML): ₹540/-
Bag: ₹210/-
Other Container: ₹150/- Total (1850Rs/-)
- Yeh charges security deposit me se deduct kiye jaayenge ya alag se recover kiye jaa sakte hain.
- Security deposit monthly/weekly tiffin charges me adjust nahi hoga.
2. Order Process
- Customer phone, WhatsApp, website ya app ke through order kar sakte hain.
- Order ki confirmation service provider dwara ki jayegi.
- Order me changes ya cancel karne ki info specified time se pehle dena zaruri hai.
3. Payment Rules
- Payment online ya cash on delivery ke through accept kiya jayega.
- Monthly plan ya special package ke liye advance payment required ho sakta hai.
- Late payment par service rok di ja sakti hai.
4. Delivery Policy
- Khana specified time par deliver kiya jayega.
- Agar kisi wajah se delivery me delay hota hai to customer ko inform kiya jayega.
- Galat address ya unavailable hone ki situation me service reschedule ki jayegi.
5. Quality aur Hygiene
Hum hygiene, freshness aur quality ka khaas dhyan rakhte hain. Agar khane me koi complaint ho to customer specified time me inform kare taki issue solve kiya ja sake.
6. Cancellation aur Refund Policy
- Order delete karne ya khana na lene ki information time par dena zaruri hai.
- Delivery ke baad khana wapas accept nahi kiya jayega.
- Agar dissatisfaction ho to customer service se contact kar sakte hain.
7. Responsibility
Khane ki quality aur time par delivery ensure karne ki poori koshish ki jaati hai, lekin unexpected situations me service disrupt ho sakti hai. Allergy, special health issues wagairah ki info customer ko pehle deni chahiye.
8. Privacy
Customer ki personal information ka use sirf service provide karne ke liye kiya jayega. Customer ki permission ke bina information share nahi ki jayegi.
9. Service Changes
Menu, timing, price ya service area me changes ka right service provider ke paas reserved hai. Customers ko changes ke baare me pehle hi inform kar diya jayega.
10. Dispute Resolution
Agar kisi dispute ki situation aaye to dono parties milke baat karke solution nikalengi. Zarurat hone par local court me case present kiya ja sakta hai.
11. Tiffin Related Rules
- Agar customer tiffin ya bottle ko sahi se handle nahi karta aur wo gum ho jata hai to uski responsibility customer ki hogi.
- Tiffin ya bottle gum hone par uska damage/harjana customer ko dena hoga.
- Company is loss ke liye kisi bhi tarah se responsible nahi hogi.
- Please tiffin aur bottle ka sahi use karein aur dhyan rakhein ki ye safely stored ho.
